Coral Capital Panama Inc.
How a Coral Capital facility comes together
A defined path from first conversation to disbursement, with the requirements at each stage set out in advance.
No surprises about what happens next
Financing processes fail more often through uncertainty than through credit. Borrowers do not know what is being reviewed, what is outstanding, or when a decision will arrive. Every Coral Capital mandate follows the same five stages, and you are told at each one what has been completed and what is required from you.
-
01
Initial inquiry
A short conversation about the requirement: amount, purpose, tenor, sector, jurisdictions and the security available. We confirm within a few working days whether the transaction fits our mandate.
-
02
Preliminary review
You provide corporate documentation, recent financial statements, and details of the underlying contracts or assets. We complete KYC and AML verification on the borrower and its principals.
-
03
Structuring and due diligence
Our credit team models the cash flow, tests the security position and, where relevant, commissions independent valuation or technical review. An indicative structure is issued for discussion.
-
04
Credit approval
The transaction is presented to credit committee. Approved facilities are confirmed in writing with the final terms, conditions precedent and the documentation schedule.
-
05
Documentation and disbursement
Facility agreements and security instruments are executed, conditions precedent are satisfied, and funds are disbursed against the agreed schedule. Your origination contact remains the relationship owner.
Documentation

- Audited financial statements for the last two to three years
- Management accounts for the current period
- A summary of the requirement: amount, purpose, tenor and repayment source
