When a requirement is larger than one balance sheet should sensibly carry, syndication distributes the exposure without fragmenting the borrower’s experience.
Coral Capital acts as arranger: structuring the facility, preparing the information package, approaching participating institutions and coordinating the documentation and security package through to close. The borrower deals with one team and signs one set of agreements.
